Topics & Signature Talks

Monje can speak/write on topics including but not limited to:

How to Uncover Your Higher Purpose: Listening Within and Aligning Your Life

This session provides an opportunity for participants to explore embodied practices, including a guided meditation, to help them articulate a Higher Purpose statement. This is the starting point for developing what Monje calls a "Higher Purpose Codex," a personal framework for living in true alignment. Participants gain: clarity on their Higher Purpose, an understanding of alignment through a yogic framework, and insights into one's Vision Seeds (biggest goals) or Core Values.

Indigenous Wellness Principles: Weaving Quechua & Yogic Wisdom

This talk explores how Quechua Andean spirituality and yogic traditions converge around kinship alliances, ethical guidelines, and embodied learning and practice. Drawing from Monje's role as a Quechua yachacha pampa paqo (shaman of wisdom), decades of experience teaching and practicing yoga, and academic research, Monje offers a combined model of Indigenous wellness to help seekers reconnect with nature, themselves, and the kinship worldview.

The Inner Work of Writing: Helping Students Live Their Purpose in the Composition Classroom
